Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Schedule and oversee social media content across various platforms
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and tracking activities
- Maintain project management systems, task trackers, and internal workflows
- Organise digital assets, marketing materials, and client documentation
- Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and external stakeholders to deliver creative outputs
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and consistency standards
Qualifications and Skills
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing coordination, operations, or project management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign workflows
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative platforms is advantageous
