Job Summary
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading hospitality organisation for a People & Culture Coordinator to play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience. In this position, you will provide generalist HR support across a fast-paced and people-focused environment, supporting employee engagement initiatives alongside core administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of HR and employee engagement activities, including:
  • Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including responding to queries and assisting with employee relations matters
  • Coordinating employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, and workplace events
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process, including benefits enrolment and HR system updates
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records, both physical and electronic
  • Assisting with payroll queries and supporting time and attendance systems
  • Preparing HR documentation, including employment verification letters and internal communications
  • Organising staff events, wellbeing initiatives, and community engagement programmes
  • Supporting compliance activities, including audits and benefits verification

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong combination of HR knowledge, organisational skills, and a people-focused approach:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR or People & Culture role
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-focused environment is advantageous
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for employee engagement and culture
