We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant based in the Cayman Islands. In this full-time role, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to a Director or Senior Executive, helping to manage schedules, communications, documentation and day-to-day business priorities. This position would suit someone proactive, dependable and comfortable handling confidential information in a busy professional environment.

Our client is a Cayman Islands-based organisation offering a professional and collaborative working environment. You will join the administrative and executive office team, working closely with senior leadership while coordinating with employees, clients, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and executive schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate meeting notes when required.
- Draft, format and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations and other business documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, telephone calls and general correspondence.
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems, records and confidential information.
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, itineraries, appointments and events.
- Liaise professionally with employees, clients, suppliers and external service providers.
- Track outstanding actions, deadlines, renewals and important dates, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
You may also provide limited personal administrative support, such as arranging appointments, reservations or deliveries, where reasonable and appropriate to the role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Excellent organisational, time-management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a professional telephone and email manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate documents and reports.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, reliability and professional judgement.
- A valid Cayman Islands driving licence would be advantageous where driving is required.
