We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Banking Officer

As a Personal Banking Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 500 affluent clients through face-to-face and virtual channels.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets across various banking products.
- Providing practical financial solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and referring clients to other banking segments.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive service.
- Educating clients on digital banking tools and self-service options.
- Maintaining accurate client records and scheduling follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Upholding compliance standards, including KYC, AML, and internal policies.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking, preferably in sales or operations.
- An undergraduate degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Working knowledge of banking regulations and financial products.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital relationship tools.
- Ability to analyse financial data and market trends.
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive for results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
