- Meet and exceed individual sales targets across a range of financial products and services.
- Provide personalised financial advice, including banking, credit, and investment solutions.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Premium Banking clients through proactive engagement.
- Identify and refer opportunities to other business segments such as Wealth Management and Commercial Banking.
- Maintain accurate client records and utilise CRM tools for pipeline and contact management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and KYC/AML requirements.

- Proven experience in retail or premium banking, financial advisory, or relationship management.
