This is a front-facing role requiring exceptional communication skills, discretion, and a polished presence. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience while supporting the wider office team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and DutiesAs Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors professionally and ensuring they are comfortable while waiting.
- Directing guests to meeting areas and offering refreshments.
- Handling incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Monitoring the central voicemail inbox and forwarding messages promptly.
- Managing mail and courier deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Preparing meeting rooms, maintaining cleanliness and refreshment availability.
- Providing administrative support to the Office Management Team.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 4 years of recent experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in a top-tier financial or professional services firm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT literacy.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities independently.
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required.
