Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Administrator to join their team on a 10?month temporary contract. In this role, you will support regulatory operations by preparing and maintaining accurate financial and regulatory records, ensuring full compliance with Economic Substance and Beneficial Ownership requirements. You will play a key part in meeting regulatory deadlines while delivering a high standard of client service.

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Regulatory Reporting Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation and review of client books of accounts for Economic Substance returns and related statutory filings
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting annual Economic Substance Returns in line with regulatory requirements
- Filing new Economic Substance Notifications and maintaining up?to?date client records on internal administration platforms
- Ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of Economic Substance and Beneficial Ownership data across internal and external databases
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and regulatory deadlines
- Responding to ad hoc client queries relating to regulatory and accounting reporting
- Conducting periodic checks and audits to ensure completeness and accuracy of regulatory data
- Monitoring regulatory developments and contributing to process improvements where appropriate
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this temporary regulatory reporting role, you will bring:
- 3–6 years’ experience within the financial services or professional services sector
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Law
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA or similar) – preferred but not essential
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with regulatory frameworks and structured data systems
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem?solving
