We are recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support its Governance Services function. In this role, you will provide operational, analytical, and regulatory reporting support across a diverse and fast?paced client portfolio, ensuring high?quality service delivery and strong data governance.

Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement or growth.
- Preparing source?to?target mapping and information?model documentation for various datasets.
- Assessing internal systems for efficiency, resolving issues, and creating protocols for data management and cleansing.
- Working with managers and end?users to gather requirements, provide updates, and build strong working relationships.
- Supporting billing?related projects and assisting with client account settlements.
- Maintaining corporate records in internal systems, including ViewPoint.
- Maintaining and updating beneficial ownership registers, including collecting, verifying, and recording key information.
- Preparing and submitting beneficial ownership filings and supporting audits, inspections, and due?diligence requests.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this position, you should demonstrate:
- Knowledge of CORIS, CAP, REEFS, ViewPoint, and similar regulatory or corporate systems.
- A strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations, compliance requirements, and Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem?solving.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables), and Word.
- Familiarity with beneficial ownership regulations and corporate governance principles (advantageous).
- Experience working with regulatory filings and compliance systems (preferred).
- Eligibility to work in the Cayman Islands without the need for a permit.
