We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager
to join a high-performing retail banking team. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with a strong background in financial services, client portfolio management, and high-value customer engagement. You will be responsible for deepening client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and promoting the bank’s retail offerings to senior executives and decision-makers.

As a Relationship Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of 130–150 senior executives from high-profit business units.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to position the bank as their primary financial institution.
- Conducting regular client visits and proactive outreach to identify financial needs.
- Advising clients on a wide range of retail banking products including investments, loans, and financial services.
- Executing cross-selling strategies to maximise client engagement and product uptake.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, including AML and risk management.
- Collaborating with support teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Championing a customer-focused culture and delivering exceptional service experiences.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Over 5 years of experience in the financial sector, with at least 3 years serving high-value clients.
- Proven track record in sales, service delivery, and portfolio management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic client needs.
- Commercial acumen and confidence in closing sales effectively.
- High standards of compliance and understanding of risk frameworks.
- Experience in managing relationships with senior business decision-makers.
