We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced  Sales Manager/Customer support  to deliver a highly personalised service to private aviation clients, including ultra-high-net-worth passengers, aircraft owners, operators and flight crews. You will oversee the complete guest experience, build lasting client relationships and promote the company’s services, while ensuring each arrival and departure is handled professionally, discreetly and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will:

• Provide high-level, personalised support to private aviation passengers, aircraft owners, operators and flight crews.
• Build trusted relationships with UHNW clients, understanding their individual preferences and anticipating their needs.
• Manage client enquiries and service requests from initial contact through to arrival, departure and follow-up.
• Promote FBO services, identify new business opportunities and help increase revenue through strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to deliver smooth, timely and discreet service.
• Respond professionally to changing requirements, special requests and service concerns.
• Maintain accurate client and operational records while protecting confidentiality at all times.
• Monitor service standards and identify opportunities to strengthen the overall client experience.

Qualifications and Skills

You should bring:

• Experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, VIP services, concierge services or another high-end customer-facing environment.
• A proven ability to support UHNW individuals, senior executives or other discerning clientele.
• Strong sales, business development and relationship-management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional manner.
• A discreet and trustworthy approach when handling confidential information and sensitive requests.
• The ability to remain calm, organised and responsive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, ideally within aviation or premium customer service.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays according to flight schedules and client needs.
