We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Board Support Administrator on behalf of a well?established professional services organisation in the Cayman Islands. In this role, you will provide high?level, confidential meeting and board support to Directors and client entities, ensuring the smooth coordination of board, committee and shareholder meetings while delivering an exceptional standard of client service.

Responsibilities and Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and scheduling monthly and quarterly board, committee, and shareholder meetings

Attending meetings in person or virtually and ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish

Drafting, reviewing, and finalising clear, accurate meeting minutes in line with best practice and regulatory requirements

Preparing and distributing meeting notices, agendas, board packs, correspondence, and ratification documents

Managing post?meeting actions and maintaining up?to?date files and corporate records

Maintaining statutory records and minute books via a secure online portal
-
Liaising with Directors, clients, and external service providers to ensure timely and high?quality service delivery

Supporting internal teams with compliance?related and administrative matters as required
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

3–5 years’ experience in board, meeting, or corporate support within a professional services environment

Excellent written and spoken English with strong proofreading and drafting skills

Proven experience drafting accurate, well?structured board and committee minutes
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
-
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams

Fast, accurate typing skills with exceptional attention to detail

Experience working with document management systems and corporate records

A professional, discreet approach with the ability to handle confidential information at all times
