Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join a growing, CIMA?regulated corporate services firm in the Cayman Islands. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will combine day-to-day corporate administration with managerial oversight, regulatory engagement, and team development. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate services while helping to build a sustainable, regulator-resilient business.

You will be joining a professional and experienced corporate services team, working closely with Directors, Compliance professionals, and external advisors. Responsibilities and Duties
As Corporate Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Personally administering a portfolio of Cayman Islands entities, setting the standard for service delivery
- Managing the full lifecycle of entities, including incorporations, filings, transfers, strike-offs, and liquidations
- Overseeing statutory registers and regulatory filings across CORIS, CAP, and REEFS
- Reviewing and approving board minutes, resolutions, constitutional documents, and complex corporate actions
- Providing managerial oversight to Administrators and Senior Administrators, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Acting as an escalation point for technical, regulatory, and client-related issues
- Supporting CIMA regulatory inspections, off-site monitoring, and information requests
- Ensuring AML, KYC, and risk obligations are met in line with Cayman Islands legislation
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience (ideally Senior) Corporate Administrator within a corporate services, company management, or trust firm
- Demonstrable experience working in a CIMA-regulated Cayman Islands environment
- Strong hands-on corporate administration experience with complex structures
- Proven ability to supervise staff and provide technical guidance
- A sound understanding of AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements
- High attention to detail, sound judgement, and discretion
- STEP, AML, or similar professional certifications (desirable but not essential)
