Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a portfolio of client companies and act as a key point of contact.
- Handle day-to-day correspondence and administrative matters independently.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely regulatory filings.
- Liaise with compliance teams regarding due diligence requirements.
- Draft meeting minutes, resolutions, and client communications.
- Oversee accounts receivable, billing, and work-in-progress tracking.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing training as needed.
- Collaborate with legal teams, registrars, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate or undergraduate degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a legal or corporate services environment.
- ICSA or STEP qualification is essential.
- Strong knowledge of corporate structures and company formation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CORIS, and CAP; familiarity with FileSite and ViewPoint is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and time management abilities.
- Understanding of AML and compliance regulations is required.
