We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly experienced Senior Corporate Administrator
to join a prestigious family office based in the Cayman Islands. You will be joining a close-knit team that works directly with senior leadership, including the Managing Director, to deliver high-quality corporate services.
As Senior Corporate Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of corporate administration for a portfolio of entities.
- Maintaining accurate and compliant corporate records in line with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating certification and notarisation of statutory documents.
- Liaising with Company Secretaries and Corporate Managers across jurisdictions.
- Organising and attending Board, Shareholder, and Committee meetings.
- Preparing and distributing board documentation including agendas and board packs.
- Drafting minutes, resolutions, and reports with precision and clarity.
- Keeping the Board informed of relevant legislative and regulatory developments.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of seven years’ experience in corporate administration or company secretarial work.
- A university degree, ICSA diploma, or STEP diploma (preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of Economic Substance regulations, FATCA, and CRS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Coupa.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Eligibility to work in the Cayman Islands (Caymanian Status or Permanent Residence Certificate with right to work).
