We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join a prestigious family office based in the Cayman Islands. Our client operates within the financial services and private wealth management sector, with a strong emphasis on integrity, discretion, and excellence. You will be joining a close-knit team that works directly with senior leadership, including the Managing Director, to deliver high-quality corporate services.

Responsibilities and Duties
As Senior Corporate Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full lifecycle of corporate administration for a portfolio of entities.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant corporate records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating certification and notarisation of statutory documents.
  • Liaising with Company Secretaries and Corporate Managers across jurisdictions.
  • Organising and attending Board, Shareholder, and Committee meetings.
  • Preparing and distributing board documentation including agendas and board packs.
  • Drafting minutes, resolutions, and reports with precision and clarity.
  • Keeping the Board informed of relevant legislative and regulatory developments.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of seven years’ experience in corporate administration or company secretarial work.
  • A university degree, ICSA diploma, or STEP diploma (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of Economic Substance regulations, FATCA, and CRS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Coupa.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Eligibility to work in the Cayman Islands (Caymanian Status or Permanent Residence Certificate with right to work).
