A well?established organisation is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Senior Administrator to support the effective management, regulatory compliance, and ongoing administration of a wide portfolio of Cayman Islands entities. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to operate confidently within a busy corporate services environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
- In this position, you will be responsible for a full range of corporate administration functions, including:
- Managing entity formations, transfers, foreign registrations, statutory updates, certificate orders, and terminations.
- Handling regulatory obligations, including CIMA filings, director updates, PPM updates, and SIBA annual returns.
- Maintaining statutory registers and documentation across various structures such as Exempt companies, ELPs, LLCs, and foreign?registered entities.
- Completing economic substance (ES) and beneficial ownership (BO) filings, notifications, and annual returns.
- Overseeing KYC processes for relevant entities.
- Coordinating board support activities, including scheduling, circulating notices, and preparing board packs.
- Providing guidance and support to junior team member
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- At least five years’ experience in a senior corporate administration position.
- Experience within smaller or hands?on administrative environments.
- Strong knowledge of corporate legislation including CoysAct, ELPA, MFA, PFA, SIBA, DRLL, and related regulatory frameworks.
- High IT proficiency and confidence using corporate administration systems.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time?management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
