What You’ll Do
- Lead recruitment efforts: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits, and payroll support.
- Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Handle immigration processes and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with policy development.
- Support learning and development initiatives and contribute to special HR projects.
What We’re Looking For
- HR qualification or associate degree.
- At least 4 years’ experience in HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; BambooHR experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
