We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance to join their Caribbean-based Risk & Compliance Team. This is a permanent hybrid role within the Private Client Services division, offering a unique opportunity to lead regulatory initiatives and contribute to the organisation’s compliance strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing AML/CFT concerns across Caribbean entities.
- Preparing and presenting Compliance and MLRO reports to boards.
- Liaising with regulators and third parties on AML/CFT matters.
- Delivering AML/CFT training to staff and directors.
- Assisting with enterprise-wide risk assessments.
- Drafting and maintaining AML/CFT and compliance policies.
- Producing risk and compliance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting compliance monitoring programmes and ad-hoc projects.
To be considered, you should have:
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICA, accountancy, or law degree).
- Membership in a recognised compliance or risk professional body.
- Minimum five years’ experience in compliance and AML frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF laws and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
