We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to support ambitious growth across key international markets. Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and execution of strategic business development plans aligned with service line objectives
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Assist with planning and execution of events, conferences and client engagements
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI and key performance indicators
- Develop high-quality marketing collateral and branded materials
- Contribute to lead generation initiatives and client acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive marketing and BD projects
- Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, vendors and external partners
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications
- 3–4+ years’ experience in marketing, business development or consulting, ideally within professional services or financial services
- Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns and BD initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, analytics and email campaigns
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
