We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious international professional services firm for a Senior Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will join a high-performing  Business Development and Marketing (BD&M)  team, working closely with senior stakeholders across the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering integrated marketing initiatives that support business development goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with partners and BD&M colleagues to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Coordinating marketing activities aligned with business development plans.
• Creating and updating marketing collateral, branded materials, and merchandise.
• Supporting thought leadership initiatives and profile-raising campaigns.
• Working with the Digital & Creative Services team to produce engaging content.
• Managing communications and marketing for client events.
• Ensuring alignment and collaboration with global marketing teams.
• Monitoring budgets and contributing to key marketing projects.

To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have:

• A professional qualification in Business or Marketing (preferred).
• Over 5 years’ experience in a similar role within professional services.
• Strong understanding of the finance or legal industry (desirable).
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management and organisational capabilities.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across global teams.
