Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join a dynamic team in George Town, Grand Cayman. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing pension member accounts, handling complex queries, and supporting junior team members.

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Senior Pension Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing monthly pension subscriptions and redemptions with precision.
  • Developing and overseeing payment plans while addressing delinquent accounts.
  • Handling a wide range of member queries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Reviewing the work of team members to ensure compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
  • Providing guidance on technical issues and non-standard cases.
  • Supporting junior administrators and contributing to their development.
  • Promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Performing general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of the Cayman Islands Pension Law (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A customer-focused and quality-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with pension administration systems.
