You will be responsible for managing pension member accounts, handling complex queries, and supporting junior team members.

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Senior Pension Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing monthly pension subscriptions and redemptions with precision.
- Developing and overseeing payment plans while addressing delinquent accounts.
- Handling a wide range of member queries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Reviewing the work of team members to ensure compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
- Providing guidance on technical issues and non-standard cases.
- Supporting junior administrators and contributing to their development.
- Promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
- Performing general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of the Cayman Islands Pension Law (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A customer-focused and quality-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with pension administration systems.
