We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Senior Risk Associate to support the ongoing development and delivery of a robust enterprise?wide risk framework. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks, while ensuring strong governance processes and timely reporting across the business.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the development and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Administer the organisation’s GRC system, including oversight of the risk register, KRIs, and control framework.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross?functional teams to map and implement effective controls.
- Draft, update, and maintain risk?related policies and procedures.
- Manage the periodic review cycle of organisational policies and procedures and prepare related reporting for committees.
- Produce regular management information (MI) reports, including data analysis and monitoring metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison with Internal Audit, managing requests, responses, and follow?up on audit recommendations.
- Promote a risk?aware culture through training, advisory support, and participation in incident response and business continuity activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- A relevant degree in business, finance, law, or a related field; equivalent experience within financial services may also be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management, compliance, or a related regulatory discipline.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into practical solutions.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including report drafting.
- Strong organisational and project?management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
