You will provide technical guidance to junior staff and support senior management with high-priority caseloads. Responsibilities and Duties
As Senior Trust Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Administering a portfolio of complex accounts in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicating with clients and professional advisors to ensure accurate trust administration.
- Managing cash transactions to avoid excess balances and unauthorised overdrafts.
- Reviewing client holdings, valuations, and financial statements for accuracy.
- Processing account openings, closures, distributions, and statutory filings.
- Acting as an authorised signatory for trust and nominee companies.
- Conducting administrative, investment, and risk reviews on client portfolios.
- Responding to client queries promptly and professionally to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5–7 years of experience in trust, company, and administrative services.
- Proficient knowledge of trust-related work and offshore financial services.
- Strong understanding of accounting and investment administration.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex caseloads.
- Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, beneficial ownership, and economic substance regulations.
- A BA degree or equivalent.
- STEP Diploma in International Trust Management (TEP designation).
