Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Supervisor within the corporate services sector. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that involves client service, internal support, and team supervision. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the department while delivering high-quality service to clients and supporting colleagues across multiple international offices.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage registered office and board support services for a portfolio of key client companies.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings, liaising with local authorities as needed.
- Coordinate document execution and legalisation processes.
- Provide board support services, including meeting coordination and drafting of board minutes.
- Collaborate with regional offices to streamline internal procedures.
- Oversee internal administration processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead and participate in departmental projects as required.
- Support the Senior Manager in setting and maintaining KPIs and training initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- ICSA/Corporate Secretarial qualification (preferred).
- Familiarity with ViewPoint database (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Cayman Islands AML and compliance regulations.
- Knowledge of BVI law and regulatory frameworks (preferred).
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
