About the Opportunity

Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Supervisor within the corporate services sector. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that involves client service, internal support, and team supervision. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the department while delivering high-quality service to clients and supporting colleagues across multiple international offices.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage registered office and board support services for a portfolio of key client companies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings, liaising with local authorities as needed.
  • Coordinate document execution and legalisation processes.
  • Provide board support services, including meeting coordination and drafting of board minutes.
  • Collaborate with regional offices to streamline internal procedures.
  • Oversee internal administration processes and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead and participate in departmental projects as required.
  • Support the Senior Manager in setting and maintaining KPIs and training initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • ICSA/Corporate Secretarial qualification (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ViewPoint database (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Cayman Islands AML and compliance regulations.
  • Knowledge of BVI law and regulatory frameworks (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
