About the Opportunity

Job Summary
We are recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager on behalf of our client. This role involves assisting the Property Manager with the day-to-day management of assigned properties. The position is a 6-month contract covering maternity leave.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as liaison between the Property Management team and clients.
  • Assist the Property Manager with regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote positive proactive client relations by demonstrating a “firm, fair, and consistent” manner in all client interactions.
  • Participate in the investigation of complaints, disturbances, and violations, and assist with problem resolution following department protocol.
  • Maintain records, reports, and files, as requested.
  • Assist the Property Manager with building maintenance tasks and property projects.
  • Assist with coordination of client events.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience with or exposure to property management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service or customer contact work experience.
  • Good computer skills, able to learn different platforms, and strong skillset with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong customer service and public relations skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Personal presentation and ability to maintain professionalism.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Maturity & self-confidence a must.
  • Maintain corporate confidentiality.
