Job Summary
We are recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager on behalf of our client. This role involves assisting the Property Manager with the day-to-day management of assigned properties. The position is a 6-month contract covering maternity leave.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as liaison between the Property Management team and clients.
- Assist the Property Manager with regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote positive proactive client relations by demonstrating a “firm, fair, and consistent” manner in all client interactions.
- Participate in the investigation of complaints, disturbances, and violations, and assist with problem resolution following department protocol.
- Maintain records, reports, and files, as requested.
- Assist the Property Manager with building maintenance tasks and property projects.
- Assist with coordination of client events.
- Experience with or exposure to property management.
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service or customer contact work experience.
- Good computer skills, able to learn different platforms, and strong skillset with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong customer service and public relations skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Personal presentation and ability to maintain professionalism.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
