About the Opportunity

Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Corporate Services Administrator to support their board services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing professional services environment, where you will play a key role in delivering administrative and board support to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Supporting the preparation and distribution of board packs, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Managing meeting logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, IT support, and refreshments.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and minute books in coordination with the Registered Office.
  • Assisting with client onboarding and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, board members, and service providers.
  • Providing training and support to new team members and interns.
  • Assisting with high-volume transactional document processing and ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Reporting team capacity issues and supporting workload delegation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of a high school diploma with a strong academic background.
  • 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • A professional qualification (e.g. ICSA) or a degree in Business Administration is desirable.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and use your initiative.
  • Familiarity with Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance regimes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems such as Viewpoint, CORIS, CAP, and REEFS.
  • A client-focused, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure.
