We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary Corporate Services Administrator to support their board services team. Responsibilities and Duties- Supporting the preparation and distribution of board packs, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Managing meeting logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, IT support, and refreshments.
- Maintaining accurate client records and minute books in coordination with the Registered Office.
- Assisting with client onboarding and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Acting as a liaison between clients, board members, and service providers.
- Providing training and support to new team members and interns.
- Assisting with high-volume transactional document processing and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Reporting team capacity issues and supporting workload delegation.
- A minimum of a high school diploma with a strong academic background.
- 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience.
- A professional qualification (e.g. ICSA) or a degree in Business Administration is desirable.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and use your initiative.
- Familiarity with Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance regimes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems such as Viewpoint, CORIS, CAP, and REEFS.
