Responsibilities and Duties
As Marketing Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting logistics and relocation clients.
- Enhancing brand visibility through digital marketing, social media, and trade events.
- Creating engaging content including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Managing and updating the company’s website and digital platforms.
- Supporting partnerships with real estate agencies, corporate clients, and relocation partners.
- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and community events.
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing analytics reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within shipping, logistics, or relocation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns, social media).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Experience with design and marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Mailchimp).
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
