We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to provide maternity cover for a dynamic and fast-paced executive team. Responsibilities and Duties- Managing complex and frequently changing diaries, including scheduling meetings, events, and conference calls.
- Coordinating intricate business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all travel-related updates and changes.
- Handling incoming correspondence, prioritising and distributing based on urgency and relevance.
- Following up on behalf of the Executives to ensure timely progress on tasks and projects.
- Supporting general office administration, including meeting room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Anticipating the administrative needs of the Executives and responding proactively.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a business-related field.
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A mature, professional demeanour and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
