About the opportunity
- Review customer files to identify missing, incomplete, or outdated KYC documentation, ensuring weekly remediation targets are met
- Communicate with customers via letter and email to request updated KYC documentation
- Maintain and update the central remediation tracker daily, accurately logging reviewed files and outstanding items
- Recommend account restrictions for customers who remain non-responsive in line with policy and regulatory requirements
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ banking experience in a team leader or managerial role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the Compliance function
- Strong understanding of KYC and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
