We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an immediately available Temporary Finance & Procurement Coordinator to join their Facilities Unit for a 3-month assignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in finance or procurement who can hit the ground running.

You will join a supportive team within the Facilities Unit, working closely with finance and procurement professionals to ensure smooth operations.
- Process and track invoices, payment requests, and purchase orders in line with internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and basic data analysis for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assist with document management and filing systems.
- Utilise internal systems, including IRIS (preferred), Excel, and other business tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or procurement.
- 3–5 years’ experience in an accounts, finance, or procurement role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
