We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and motivated Temporary HR Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent appointment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make an immediate impact. You will play a key role in supporting the Chief HR Officer and managing day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities and Duties
As Temporary HR Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Chief HR Officer in implementing and maintaining HR systems and policies.
- Overseeing the daily administration of HR services and programmes.
- Acting as deputy for the CHRO when required.
- Ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and internal policies.
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance to line managers.
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and reports using HRMS software.
- Contributing to strategic HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR administration and 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Professional HR certification (e.g. HRCI, SHRM, CIPD, CISHRP) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Labour Act and local employment legislation.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven organisational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS software (e.g. PDS Vista HCM).
- A valid CI Driver’s Licence.
