Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Officer on behalf of a well-established organisation. This temporary opportunity offers the chance to support a busy HR function, providing operational support across a broad range of human resources activities. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational policies.

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including:
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating employee records
  • Supporting recruitment activities such as drafting job advertisements, liaising with candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records in both electronic and manual systems
  • Assisting with HR reporting, including employee data, leave records, and recruitment metrics
  • Supporting payroll-related administration and liaising with internal systems and stakeholders
  • Drafting HR documentation such as memos, agreements, and internal communications
  • Assisting with employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • Providing general administrative support across HR functions and projects

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
  • An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within an HR or administrative environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience maintaining confidential employee records with a high level of accuracy and discretion
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office; exposure to HRIS platforms is advantageous
  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
