We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Officer on behalf of a well-established organisation. This temporary opportunity offers the chance to support a busy HR function, providing operational support across a broad range of human resources activities. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational policies.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including:
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating employee records
- Supporting recruitment activities such as drafting job advertisements, liaising with candidates, and arranging interviews
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records in both electronic and manual systems
- Assisting with HR reporting, including employee data, leave records, and recruitment metrics
- Supporting payroll-related administration and liaising with internal systems and stakeholders
- Drafting HR documentation such as memos, agreements, and internal communications
- Assisting with employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Providing general administrative support across HR functions and projects
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following:
- An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within an HR or administrative environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience maintaining confidential employee records with a high level of accuracy and discretion
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office; exposure to HRIS platforms is advantageous
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
