We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Temporary Senior Manager - Digital Communications to provide strategic leadership across whole of company digital activity. In this senior role, you will guide multi channel digital execution, support public education campaigns, strengthen digital governance, and enhance internal capability.

Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for whole of company digital and social activity.
- Maintain and evolve digital strategy frameworks, ensuring alignment with wider communication priorities.
- Oversee Meta, Google, and LinkedIn advertising strategies, including budget allocation and optimisation.
- Deliver digital campaign strategies for education initiatives, guiding channel mix and targeting.
- Produce high quality analytics and insights across social media, paid media, web, and SEO performance.
- Maintain digital publishing standards, accessibility requirements
- Coach and support internal team members, including the Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Provide technical support and oversight during major events, campaign spikes, or crisis situations.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful, you should bring:
- Extensive senior level digital marketing or digital communications experience.
- A background in government, public sector, or complex multistakeholder campaign environments.
- Strong expertise across paid media strategy, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Advanced skills in analytics, reporting, SEO monitoring, and data?led optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience advising on UX, campaign landing pages, and user centred digital design.
- Excellent understanding of digital governance, accessibility standards, and social media policy.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support digital teams in high pressure environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory skills.
