Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director of a prominent legal office. This is a temporary role for 3–6 months, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities and Duties As PA to the Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Director’s diary, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and legal documentation as required.
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Organising travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Supporting the Director with meeting preparation, including agendas and briefing materials.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
