Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Paralegal position within their Legal Division. The successful candidate will provide general legal, secretarial support, and administrative services to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the division.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Organise and maintain records in an efficient filing system and manage the division’s library of acts and gazettes.
- Perform administrative preparation for court hearings, including attendance at court appearances to take notes.
- Provide administrative services associated with Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and appeals.
- Monitor, update, and ensure the divisional content on the company’s website is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist Legal Counsels with case management and support the company’s operational and regulatory obligations.
- Undertake legal research and draft correspondence, legal documents, reports, and minutes of meetings.
- Prepare and file court documents.
- A law degree, paralegal degree, diploma in law, or legal certificate from an accredited institution.
- Five years of related work experience, including three years of experience filing court documents.
- Exceptional word processing and record management skills.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time effectively.
