We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative, secretarial and organisational support within a professional judicial environment. This temporary role (3-6 months) is ideal for an experienced Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced setting, excels at managing confidential information and can effectively support multiple senior stakeholders while maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities and Duties
As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing complex and frequently changing diaries, schedules, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between Magistrates, attorneys, court personnel, external stakeholders and members of the public.
- Coordinating court hearings, chambers matters and administrative activities, ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately and on time.
- Researching, drafting, proofreading and distributing correspondence, reports, legal documents and official communications.
- Transcribing notes, rulings, judgments, orders and other court-related documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Managing confidential records, correspondence and classified materials in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintaining office administration functions, including visitor coordination, filing systems, office resources and document management.
- Supporting judicial operations through legal research, scheduling coordination and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:
- An Associate’s Degree or equivalent with relevant administrative experience, or a Secretarial Certificate/Diploma with extensive office and administrative experience.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary or Senior Administrative Professional.
- Outstanding organisational, planning and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English grammar and document editing capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic document management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, professionalism and sound judgement.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with experience producing high-quality documentation under pressure.
