We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our client’s global operations team on a temporary basis. Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage inventory levels and service performance for raw materials across global production facilities.
- Monitor and improve vendor performance to ensure timely and complete delivery of purchase orders.
- Analyse weekly MRP (Material Requirements Planning) data to manage supply levels effectively.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries, including building full container loads for the US, Canada, France, and Poland.
- Maintain accurate material master data and manage vendor and customer records.
- Reconcile material quantity contracts in line with established protocols.
- Generate and analyse reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory, vendor performance, and customer claims.
- Attend regular team meetings and address service risks and supply chain exceptions.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Planner, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with overseas vendors is essential.
- Prior experience in the food, beverage, or similar manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
