We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Head of Human Resources & Operations. This role involves overseeing all human resources and operational functions within the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and manage comprehensive human resources and administrative support.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business process development.
- Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures that promote the company’s culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Provide guidance and support on performance management and employee relations.
- Coordinate training and development programmes.
- Ideally, you will have a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resource management.
- Proven experience in designing HR practices and programme development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection practices.
- Effective project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Ability to remain politically neutral and maintain confidentiality.
- Competitive salary from US$100,000 - $135,000.
