Responsibilities and Duties
- Administer and monitor a varied client portfolio within agreed timescales.
- Manage billing, cash collection, and debtor processes efficiently.
- Review client structures and complete review processes for client entities.
- Ensure adherence to contractual and statutory obligations.
- Interpret and implement legal and tax advice as required.
- Provide professional service to clients and intermediaries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client entities.
- Assist with the management and training of junior team members.
- Ensure deadlines are recorded and met using central diary systems.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
- Fulfil CPD requirements in accordance with the qualification level.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Extensive administration experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated with a positive approach and strong work ethic.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in all Microsoft applications.
