  • How much does it cost my company to work with Nova?

    Recruitment Services: 

    We operate on standard terms of business for all of our clients. If you are interested in engaging our team for recruitment services, please submit an enquiry to our team today, and we will review our TOBs with you to agree to before we move forward.

    Pre-Employment Testing: 

    For skills testing, we offer a basic plan of $50 per test or a business plan of $100 per candidate, allowing you to send up to 3 tests per candidate. In the instance of testing as part of Nova’s recruitment services, this fee will be waived should a Nova candidate be chosen and a placement fee be applicable.
